If you find lifting difficult, the TEMPUR® Moulton Electric Ottoman is all about making life easy. At the touch of button via the cordless infrared remote control, your mattress is raised up on a solid frame to reveal a handy storage space, perfect for keeping bed linen and other lightweight items stored away. Choose from a range of soft tweed effect materials which co-ordinate with a wide range of decor schemes. Headboards are optional extras but fixings for standard UK struts or floor standing slotted models are included. The Moulton is also available as a standard ottoman. In addition to these models, the range includes a divan base and an adjustable massage bed.

MOVING YOUR FURNITURE

This bed base is supplied with castors which enable you to gently push the units into position over carpeted areas. If, however, your bedroom has a wood or laminated finished floor, it is important that you protect it. We recommend your bed base is not wheeled but lifted when you need to move it. When the base is in situ, you also use castor cups to avoid any damage to your flooring.

CARE FOR YOUR UPHOLSTERED BED

We strongly recommend using a professional cleaning service if you wish to clean an upholstered bed or remove a stain.

Moving the bed
Do not move the bed without first removing the mattress. Do not pull or push the bed from the head or foot end only, as this may cause serious damage. Instead, with one person on either side of the bed, hold the frame at the midway point, and carefully lift or slide the bed into position.

Please do not attempt to open the ottoman if you have placed a large number of items on your bed above and beyond the bedding you normally use for sleeping or if someone is resting on the mattress.
