Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive

Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager

The role will assist the Ecommerce & Marketing Manager in executing our digital strategy and support traditional marketing plans to deliver a first-class standard of service and engagement with our customers. You will be required to create and maintain web content via our CMS to include detailed product information, changes to promotional offers and editorial content on our blog. This is an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive to challenge themselves within a dynamic expanding company. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, willing to learn and eager to grow their position within the company.


  • Working closely with the Ecommerce & Marketing Manager and agencies to plan, update, and produce advertising campaigns and communications for promotional offers and sale periods. Including onsite assets, emails, PPC copy, display, POS, and social media creative.
  • Use marketing and analytics tools to help monitor the success of your work and help optimise your time and priorities.
  • Supporting new product releases onsite, including optimising product pages, copywriting using SEO keywords to deliver our goals.
  • Enhance all user journey and product aspects, including imagery, attachments, and product attributes. Working with our agencies to build support a CRO test and learn approach.
  • Produce informative and engaging ‘guides’ across various categories optimised for search.
  • Use Excel for large product loads or price changes and liaise with the developers and agencies to ensure these uploads are implemented on time.
  • Using the Content Management Suite (CMS) platform to:
  • Grow and maintain the product database.
  • Prepare promotions.
  • Update home page content and carousels.
  • Manage and reference online orders.
  • Implement content changes in-house that improve our search ranking.
  • Regularly liaising with our in-house Sleep Expert, Dr Lindsay Brown, for digital PR content and social media activity, including monthly Q&As.
  • Growing the community management of our social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram).
  • Work closely with various teams and stakeholders when applicable to be given guidance and support.


  • Strong attention to detail to spot and correct web content that will enhance user experience.
  • Proven organisational skills to manage updates to agreed deadlines.
  • Sales are driven to meet company goals.
  • Monitor site traffic, dwell time, conversion rate, abandoned baskets and increase Order Intake opportunities.
  • Good visual skills to maintain brand values.
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and determination.


  • Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Experience in using a CMS for transactional websites.
  • Good IT skills (literate in Microsoft Office) and excellent Excel knowledge.
  • Some experience using Google marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Ads and Google Search Console.
  • Some knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript would be very beneficial.
  • Previous work in customer service is preferred but not essential.
  • Exceptional communicative and negotiating skills to both internal/external customers and agencies.
  • Able to work independently to meet objectives, however still able to involve and work well with other staff members across various departments.
  • Experience of using marketing automation tools.


  • Working from home or in our Chelsea or St Albans office.
