The Ultimate Anniversary Giveaway

1. Promoter Information 

This prize draw (“Giveaway”) is administered by And So To Bed Ltd (“the Promoter”), registered in England and Wales under company number 01828671, with its registered office at 591–593 Kings Road, London, SW6 2EH. 

2. Eligibility 

  • The Giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. 

  • Employees of And So To Bed, Vispring, their affiliates or agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. 

  • The Promoter may require the winner to provide reasonable proof of identity, age and UK residency before the prize is awarded. 

3. Giveaway Period 

  • The Giveaway opens on 26 September 2026 and closes at 4:00pm GMT on 29 November 2026 (“Closing Date”). 

  • Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted. 

4. How to Enter 

To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the official Giveaway page and submit the required details before the Closing Date. 

Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will not be counted. 

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted using automated means or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified. 

No purchase is necessary. 

Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry. Where you choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from And So To Bed, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each marketing email. 

5. The Prize 

One winner will receive one Vispring Elite Mattress, up to a maximum RRP of £2,500. 

The prize comprises the mattress only and does not include a divan, bed frame, headboard, bedding or any other products shown in promotional imagery. 

The winner will be able to select their mattress from the eligible Vispring Elite Mattress sizes and specifications available within the maximum prize value of £2,500 RRP. 

If the winner selects a mattress with an RRP below £2,500, no cash payment, credit or other compensation will be provided for the difference. 

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so. 

6. Delivery of the Prize 

The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize with the winner following confirmation of their chosen mattress specification. 

As the Vispring Elite Mattress is made to order, delivery times may vary. The winner will be advised of the estimated delivery timeframe once their order has been confirmed and will be notified of any subsequent delays. 

Standard delivery to a UK mainland address is included. Additional delivery charges may apply to locations outside the Promoter’s standard delivery area. 

7. Winner Selection & Notification 

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date using a verifiably random selection process. 

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided on their entry form within five working days of the Closing Date. 

The winner must respond within 14 days of the date of the notification email to claim their prize. 

If the winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible, is unable to provide any information reasonably requested to verify their eligibility, or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries. 

8. Data Protection & Privacy 

Personal data provided when entering the Giveaway will be processed by And So To Bed for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, including contacting and verifying the winner and arranging delivery of the prize. 

Entrant data will not be shared with Vispring for marketing purposes. 

Where you separately choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from And So To Bed, your personal data will also be processed for this purpose. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entering the Giveaway. 

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each marketing email. 

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9. Winner Information & Publicity 

The winner’s surname and county will be available on request after 5 January 2027 by contacting astbmarketing@andsotobed.com. 

The winner may object to some, or all of this information being published or made available by contacting the Promoter at astbmarketing@andsotobed.com. 

The Promoter may nevertheless be required to provide the winner’s details to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested. 

The Promoter may invite the winner to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Giveaway. Participation in any such publicity is optional. 

10. Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for: 

  • Technical failures, website issues or other circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control that result in an entry not being received or recorded correctly. 

  • Any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. 

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability where it would be unlawful to do so. 

11. General 

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or withdraw the Giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions, acted fraudulently or otherwise attempted to manipulate the Giveaway. 

The Promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the Giveaway and selection of the winner is final. 

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
