Are your showrooms open?

Although not open to the public, we do have our Sleep Experts on hand to handle any of your order enquiries via the telephone, through our Web Chat or Virtual consultation.

Can I shop online?

Yes, for added peace of mind and convienence you can shop from the comfort of your own home. Our website is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is packed with information on our products and services we have to offer.

Our Live Web Chat service will be available seven days a week from 9am - 9pm, where we endevour to respond to your enquiry at the earliest opportunity. 

If you still need to speak to us our Online Sales team will be available to help by calling 0808 141 5838 (between 9am - 5pm).

Are you still delivering?

Yes, we are pleased to announce that we have resumed our full delivery service and our white glove assembly service as well. 

Each individual will remain working with the same installation technician and are fully equipped with hand santisiers and personal protective equipment to ensure your safety with your delivery.

Each of our delivery vehicles are cleaned daily and we take great pride in the health and wellbeing of the team.

Are you able to take away my old bed?

Yes we offer a full eco-friendly disposal and recycling scheme in which we charge £35 per item. All that we ask for is that the bed is fully disassembled and ready for our team to safely collect whilst we arrange delivery of your new bed or mattress.

I'm worried about making a repayment on an order?

We appreicate it might be a challenging time for you and we understand your concerns. Your interest free credit agreement is provided by our partner Hitachi Capital PLC, and we encourage you to reach out to them with any questions as soon as possible. You'll find their contact details on your credit agreement.
