Louis XV Upholstered Bed

The elegant Louis XV upholstered bed celebrates the light Rococo style made famous by Louis XV and his mistress, Madame de Pompadour and is available up to superking and emperor bed sizes.  Choose from one of the fine fabrics specially selected by our design team, or personalise the bed using your own material.

The matching luxury bedroom furniture range includes a chest of drawers, bedside chest, wardrobe and a dressing table.

DELIVERY CHECKLIST

You will be advised of an approximate delivery date at the point of order and this will vary depending on whether the item is in stock, to be ordered and if any special finishes or upholstery are required.  When we contact you to arrange delivery of your furniture, we will ask these questions:

Are there any access issues?  For example, road width, overhanging trees, cul-de-sacs (turning circle), driveways, tunnels, archways, gates, hedges (covering walls), security gates (codes) and parking restrictions.

Are there any restrictions inside your house? For example staircases, banisters, furniture in corridors, pictures or paintings on the walls.  Is there space in the room for your new furniture?

Will you be there to supervise delivery? If not, is someone else clear about exactly where the furniture should be located?

CARE FOR YOUR UPHOLSTERED BED

As we offer a wide variety of different fabrics for our upholstered beds, we strongly recommend using a professional cleaning service if you wish to clean an upholstered bed or remove a stain.

Moving the bed
The mattress and base are both supported on the bed. So do not move the bed without first removing the mattress and base system. Do not pull or push the bed from the head or foot end only, as this may cause serious damage. Instead, with one person on either side of the bed, hold the frame at the midway point, and carefully lift or slide the bed into position.
