3 month comfort exchange

For a limited time on orders sold between 1st - 31st May 2020, we are offering you the chance to experience a mattress in your home for a 3 month trial.

If you are not completely happy with the product we offer you the chance to exchange the mattress before your trial period ends. The exchange is not limited to a specific brand and is available across all leading mattress brands sold from And So To Bed.

Before you consider exchanging your mattress, please allow time for your body to adjust to the comfort and support your new mattress provides. After 90 nights you are still uncertain, please contact us before the trial ends to start the exchange process. Our sleep experts are available to talk to you about a more suitable alternative that is right for you.



To qualify:

  • The mattress you have chosen must be purchased between the offer dates; 1st - 31st May 2020
  • The mattress you are trialling must be purchased with a mattress protector. If an exchange is required, this is returned in a clean and presentable condition
  • If you wish to exchange, please email: customerservice@andsotobed.co.uk or call our Customer Service team on 01308 42 52 52 within the trial period. Proof of purchase must also be supplied to process the exchange
  • An exchange can be made across all mattress brands sold at And So To Bed. If you wish to select a higher-priced mattress, the difference must be paid to process the exchange. We are unable to refund any difference in price if a lower-priced mattress is selected
  • If you do opt for an exchange, then you will be subject to a charge of 5% of the original mattress value and costs to arrange a re-delivery. Additional charges will also occur for remote delivery locations (i.e. Scottish Highlands)
  • Once the exchange has been made for another mattress, the 3 month comfort exchange will now end

What isn’t covered:

  • Beds, Divans, Headboards, Linen or other Bedding Accessories
  • Mattresses which are defective due to misuse, accidental damage or have received alternations or repairs
  • Exchange requests after 3 months have passed from your delivery date
  • Mattresses purchased for delivery overseas or not within Mainland UK
