The Sensation 25 Mattress by TEMPUR®

The TEMPUR® Sensation Mattress Collection provides the familiar feel of a traditional spring mattress combined with the amazing comfort and support of TEMPUR. All mattresses in this collection have a specially cut, durable base layer for a more traditional feel.

TEMPUR® Sensation Mattresses are available in all standard sizes and can be used on a variety of bed bases.

DELIVERY CHECKLIST

You will be advised of an approximate delivery date at the point of order and this will vary depending on whether the item is in stock, to be ordered and if any special finishes or upholstery are required.  When we contact you to arrange delivery of your furniture, we will ask these questions:

Are there any access issues?  For example, road width, overhanging trees, cul-de-sacs (turning circle), driveways, tunnels, archways, gates, hedges (covering walls), security gates (codes) and parking restrictions.

Are there any restrictions inside your house? For example staircases, banisters, furniture in corridors, pictures or paintings on the walls.  Is there space in the room for your new furniture?

Will you be there to supervise delivery? If not, is someone else clear about exactly where the furniture should be located?

CARE FOR YOUR MATTRESS

When your mattress arrives, remove all wrappings and allow the mattress to air. During transportation the mattress may compress in size. It will return to its normal size at room temperature TEMPUR Material must not be folded or forced into shape as there is a risk of the material tearing.

Cleaning
TEMPUR Material cannot be washed. To clean, remove the cover and air the TEMPUR Material or wipe it carefully with a damp cloth. Most TEMPUR covers can be removed and washed as per the instructions on the care label. Turn the cover inside out and close the zipper. The covers containing TEMPUR Material cannot be washed. Instead, remove for airing and brushing.

Maintenance
TEMPUR Mattresses must be placed on a ventilated bed base such as a spring base, divan base or slats. This will avoid the accumulation of moisture in the mattress. TEMPUR advises against the use of electric blankets and hot water bottles in conjunction with its products, as they may damage the products which will result in this guarantee becoming invalidated.
