Please contact your local showroom if you have:
- A question about an existing order (please have your order number ready)
- A query about a scheduled delivery
- Any questions about an order that has already been delivered.
Changes to orders
If you wish to change an order, please contact the showroom where you placed your order. We will do our utmost to help. If you contact us within a few days of placing an order, we may be able to make changes. However, once the goods are in production with our manufacturers we are bound to accept them, so there may be a cancellation charge to cover our costs. Changing an order may cause a delay to your expected delivery date and may alter the price you have been quoted.
Delivery lead times
You should have been given an estimated delivery time. If it changes, we will let you know. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that are beyond our control. If you have any queries about the delivery of your order, please contact the showroom where you placed your order.
Colour matching
Please note that when merchandise is ordered at different times, we cannot guarantee exact colour matching due to variations between batches.

International Delivery
We are able to provide a comprehensive delivery service for our luxury beds, furniture, mattresses and divans to destinations worldwide with our dedicated shipping agents.
All goods that are being exported are assembled here in the UK and checked to ensure they are in perfect condition prior to onward delivery. Our shippers will deliver and assemble on site for you and shipping costs include fully comprehensive insurance for peace of mind.
The cost of shipping depends on the size and weight of the items, your preferred method of transport by sea or air as well as the final delivery destination. Our showroom staff would be happy to discuss all of these options with you in more detail.
If you would prefer to make your own arrangements, UK taxes will be included and refunded if the goods are leaving the EU, upon receipt of a detailed Certificate of Shipment or Airways Bills from your shipping company. Please note, we do not liaise with other agents directly and you will be responsible for all arrangements.
